ABOUT FERNWOOD FOOD SAFETY

Over 10 years ago I took a week long Servsafe® Certified Food Protection Manager course that altered my world. That one class directly impacted the hundreds of thousands of people that I have prepared meals for over this last decade.

 Servsafe is the most recognized food safety manager course in the country because it is the most organized, indepth, and accurate course out there.

Servsafe gave me the tools to ensure that the food I prepared was safe, but more than that it helped empower me to train others; leading to management opportunities at work.

I am teaching the Servsafe course in my hometown of Fairbanks, Alaska because I believe in it!  Education is the only way to progress.  Keeping our costumers, families and friends safe from foodborne illness is my top priority.
